HAPPY ANNIVERSARY" APPU & SHILPA"

Here's wishing the two most amazing and lovely people who are a very important in my life a very Happy Anniversary. They got married a couple of years back on this auspicious day, at that time I did not know them quite well but now they are brother & sister to me. Appuji is a very positive person and optimistic about everything in life. He is one person who wanted me to go to the gym and loose weight much before the show and Shilpa was always like " Get a girlfriend Fatty"!!..Well her wish came true after about 2 years.
Both are daring personalities and live to love everyone. On our trip to New zealand the best thing which happened was the Bungy Jump and credit for that goes to Appuji--It was 434 feet jump.
Whenever I need advice for anything they are the 2 people whose opinion matters a most.
We guys are having a party tonight and am sure that we all will be high. Aaj to Diet will go for a toss too being a saturday, its anniversary time and party time.
Appuji I will always be there for you even before you think of me and Shilpa- I will never a drop of tear fall from your eyes ever, that's a brothers promise.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY " YOUSUF"

For everyone who has seen the Biggest Loser knows who Yousuf is!!, well for the ones who dont know about him, he was one of my trainers on the show where I lost all the weight. Now I am trying to get a body like Yousuf and may start my training with him soon once he is back from Pune. Yousuf is one crazy trainer and will push you till you dont fall, will pick you up again and keep pushing you. It's an amazing quality he has and he does it very calmly.

Yousuf just had his first child in pune a month back and is a proud father. He has been one of the most inspiring people I have known till date and holds a very important place in my life.

Well, I would like to wish him A very happy birthday and may the coming years be healthier and wealthier for this great guru of Fitness.You Rock!!...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY"GRACIOUS D'COSTA"

Here's wishing gracious a very Happy Belated birthday. His birthday was a wek back, but he is cool about it for me to forget. I met Gracious in November 2006 at Nanavati hospital where we were getting ourselves medically examined for Biggest Loser. When I met him, I knew it for a fact that he will surely be a part of the show even if I dont make it. He is the coolest dude I have met till date and infact My brother also casted him in his short movie which should be releasing anytime, thats coz of his bhindaas attitude. You got to meet him to believe what Gracious is.
Before we entered the Bubble I shared the room in the Town Plaza with Gracy and got to know him even better. He is very particular about things and will be there for you not only in your best days, but your worst days too. We both had a bet before we went on the show. I told him that he would win the show and he told me the opposite. I lost 2o thousand to him. Am sure he must have spent it on his wife and dogs or else he would have spent it on his favorite whisky.
We guys really had a blast together and one guy whom I really keep in touch with amongst all the contestants is Gracious. Was really happy when Anna casted him for "EMI & "LOOT". Am waiting to see both the movies coz of him and you all better see it too.
Wish this colourful, great and wonderful person a very Happy Birthday and am sure that I will not forget it next year.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY " MANISH"

Here's wishing Manish a very Happy Birthday. I met Manish Nawani on 28th January,2008 at Barry John's acting studio. He happens to live in the building next to mine and mostly we guys travelled together for our classes for 3 months. Like me, he also wants to make it in acting here. Manish is a great actor and brilliant at comedy, atleast thats what I have observed.
A great friend to have and I wish him all the best and hope that all his dreams come true.
The last time he went to Delhi he did get me about 15 packets of my mothers hand made chicken...am sure he will throw a party tomorrow....keep the workouts going in full blast manish...god bless..

HAPPR BIRTHDAY " YATIN & SHIV"

Just wanted to wish two of my very good friends a very Happy Birthday today. Yatin and Shiv. One common thing about them is that they are really really hardworking. I have known Shiv since my college days in Delhi and in the very first year I had got drunk at his farmhouse party in delhi and his friends picked me up at 2 am, maybe 3 am and threw me in the swimming pool.."Sab Utar Gayin thi". Shiv is now in Mumbai and is successfully in the entertainment industry..wish you all the best bro...Now about Yatin, his pet name is " Beer Man", we met 5 years back in Standard Chartered Bank and I reported to him, He is an amazing person to work with. If it were not for the Dandaas he had given me I would have not been what I am. I owe a lot of my personal developement to Yatin. Confidence, Motivation, Inspiration are the only words which come to my mind when I think of him. My first meal at work was with Yatin outside the Bombay Stock Exchange where we had Parmeshwar sandwitches. We have worked 12 hrs a day right from 9am to 9pm and post that we just drank loads of beer. Courtesy Yatin, I even grew in Size in Mumbai. I put on 20 kgs in less than 10 months. I stopped reporting to Yatin after about 2 years as I was promoted to another team in Banking. Love the Dude and we will be the best of friends forever.
